What looks like a hot dog, smells like hot dog feels like a hot dog...
                a VEGGIE-DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!
    What's the point....
[snip...]
P.S.
        I don't mind vegatarians, just meat-eating wannabees

  I dunno, I don't mind a good veggie-dog once in a while

I'm not sure what a vegatarian is, but as a vegetarian, I have found myself
invited to a BBQ on short notice and been 'saved' by the existence of this
convenient food. I don't think of it as a meat substitute, just soy, seitan
or whatever in a grillable form.

As far as the bigger picture goes, 'meat substitutes' have helped wean a
number of people from eating animals, so I think they're great. Face it, we
(Americans) have been socialized into eating meat products. Foods like this
help reduce the fear-factor of making a diet switch which is fairly radical for
many people because they can still eat modified versions of things which
are familiar to them.

P.S. I'd prefer to be surrounded by meat-eating wannabees than by real live
(but sooner dead, statistically speaking) meat-eaters anytime. I'm sure
Mother Earth and her animals would agree.
