I have been informed that many Oriental recepies use Oyster Sauce,
(made from real oysters!) It is probably a good idea to ask.
However, I asked Goosebeary's, the Vietnamese food truck on Vassar
Street across from Building 20, and none of their otherwise vegetarian
dishes have oyster sauce.
