Following are the vegetarian options on our rotating menus across
campus.

v = vegan (excludes animal products)
l-o = lacto-ovo vegetarian (may include eggs or dairy products)

Baker:
M-F: Rice, pasta, salad bar, vegan Light burgers
M: Spinach Quiche (l-o)
T: Vegetarian Pot Pie (v)
W: Pasta Primavera (l-o)
Th: Bean Tacos (v)
Sun: Vegetarian Country Stew (v)

Lobdell (Mediterranean Trade Winds):
M: Spicy Lentils Stew (l-o)
   Spinach & Mushroom Strata (l-o)
T: Italian Vegetable Bake (l-o)
   Rumpledethumps (l-o)
W: Wild Rice & Corn Pancakes (l-o)
   Stuffed Peppers (l-o)
Th:Mushroom Stuffed Tomatoes (v)
   Oven Roasted Vegetables (v)
F: Cheese Rissoto (l-o)
   Curried Vegetable Stew (v)


Walker: 
M-F: Vegetarian Chili (v), Steamed Vegetables (v), & certain everyday
items at Traditions (fixins) & Trattoria (caesar salad; linguini w/ 
marinara or alfredo sauce; cheese lasagna; pasta w/fresh vegetables; 
cheese & vegan raviolis; herb foccacia w/fresh mozzarella, tomato, 
spinach & pesto).
