Hi there,
I'm a new member so I haven't heard the answer to this a dozen times
already, though I wouldn't doubt it if you guys always get asked this by your
new members. I'm planning on going vegan (for ethical reasons) sometime during my
lifetime, but I'm wondering if it wouldn't be too hard for me to do it at
MIT...I don't have a kitchen so most of my meals I buy pre-pepared for the sake
of convenience. I would imagine it to be quite difficult, but I'd like to hear
from those who are currently vegans.

P.S. Who made the garlic hummus that was featured in the student center?
(There was one store-bought hummus and one that someone made him/herself, I
believe.) I've been craving it ever since, and I'd very much like to see the recipe...
