Hi everyone!
This year the MIT Vegetarian Support Group will be regularly posting
up-to-date nutritional information pertinent to vegetarians, as a
service to members of this list. Whether you are a newbie vegetarian
concerned about certain aspects of vegetarian nutrition, or a seasoned
veggie of several years, it is our hope that this information will be
of benefit to you.
