I workout for an hour daily either running, skiing on machine, or step
aerobics. My diet consists mainly carbohydrates. I am hungry about every
two hours. I don't eat very many vegetables and little beans. I mostly eat
fruit and breads. I end up bingeing alot. I'm told this is because I
restrict my diet so much. I also won't eat anything w/more than 2 grams
of fat per serving and sweets. I lose energy and feel weak sometimes and
hear it is a lack of protein. What other sources of protein is there? Does
anyone else have this problem with energy, bingeing and feeling hungry all of
the time?
