To everyone at VSG,

We have finally received information from Pizza Hut that will hopefully
answer your questions regarding the rumor of animal by-products in their
pizza sauce. Thanks for patiently waiting.

A letter from Laura Knowles at Pizza Hut reads:

"Following are sauce ingredients: Tomato Paste, Salt, Black Pepper,
Oregno, dehydrated Garlic, Basil, Monosodium Glutamate, Cheese Flavor
(Artificial), Citric Acid.

Following are Parmesan Cheese Flavor ingredients: Salt, Natural
Flavors, Modified Corn Starch, Whey, Maltodextrin, Xanthen gum, Cheese
Solids (Parmesan, Romano, Blue, Cheddar - all from cow's milk),
Buttermilk Powder, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Monosdium Glutamate, Citric
Acid, Corn Starch, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Nonfat Milk Solids, Silicon
Dioxide as anti-caking, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Citrate, Lactic Acid,
Calcium Lactate."

Hope this is helpful.
