Is it that meat causes cancer, or is it that excess protein causes
cancer? Or even that meat contaminated by steroids and pesticides
and antibiotics causes cancer? Of course, I'd rather be on the safe
side and avoid all of these things. But in order to put up a case
we have to have our facts sorted out in a little more detail.
