I am seeking a woman to rent my room when I leave this summer
(starting June 1, May 15th negotiable). It is a huge bedroom with a
walk-in closet in a cooperative apartment in Somerville. Veggie,
minimal alcohol, 4-woman household. Quiet residential area, 10 minute
walk to Davis and Porter T. Very sunny, wood floors, white paint,
molding, bay window, piano, front and back porches, large, eat-in
kitchen. Second and third floors of a two-family house. 3-woman
household downstairs. Beautiful space. Please be excited about
living in a lesbian/bi-affirmative household, recycling, and healthy
veggie food. (Sorry, no pets, no cigs.) Prefer woman interested in
renewing lease in September, but summer subletters will be considered.
$300+/month.
