Vegemite, as told to me years back, was a food supplement available at the
time in Australia. The American philosopher David Lewis used it as an
example of something he didn't know the taste of in a well-known paper.
If this product still exists, that name or anything like it could lead to legal
trouble.
Also, to attract the people we want, a name shouldn't be cute at the cost of
ceasing to be descriptive about what we are.
I suggest the name "Vegetarians and Friends" as welcoming to all interested
including those not yet completely vegetarian.
