ok, i'll bite.
how about: herbivours at mit, ham.
let the carnivours put that on their plate, etc.
oh, and uhm, sorry, i'm always _mentally_ referring to
various groups' names, acronyms, etc, in slightly
less accurate terms than what was intended by their
original creators. i think this is mostly for my
daily-minimum-requirement for humour; and much-less-often
for malicious reasons :)
therefore, i must have been thinking-out-loud when i mentioned
the handle `vegetarian study group' because that's what
i think of ... not `support' because, now that i've had a
good long time to think about everyones' postings on
the topic:name, i can't think of anyone i've ever met during
nearly 30 years of being a vegetarian who was addicted, etc,
to such a regimen and who needed `support' for their vegetable
habit. and,but certainly my 60s-family would have been pleased
to have been able to call such a support help-line on my behalf.
i can't say the same for friends who od'd on diet seven,
but those are very long 60s stories.
that at least is how i see my error, and in future
i'll be careful and shall call the vsg whatever it wishes
when discussing it out loud or with others.
oh, and btw, `vegamite' is a trademark, and has been
a topic for several stand-up comedians in years past.
finally, thanks for allowing me to help with the booth!
with all my other daily mit tasks, my own four kids, plus
all the usual domestic matter forever sphering, it was great
to relax, hang out and meet the people behind the vsg.
thanks!
