I don't see what problem people have with the word "support".  Do
people think it has any negative connotations?  If so, why?  I see
it as being very positive and descriptive.

Ick.  "VEG" has even worse connotations.  Also, I don't think we
are primarily concerned with education, so the name would be
misleading.

ICK!  Not only does it sound ridiculous, but many people here
don't care about the moral aspects of vegetarianism.  This sounds
radical and would be very misleading.
