Good idea, as long as it means more than just pasta.

I don't buy this. I think you will find only Catholics avoid meat on
Fridays, and then only during Lent. This comes to about 5 Fridays/year,
and I can't see ARA favoring Catholics.

Are you sure you want to drive the food trucks out of business? This
is what will happen if ARA produces good inexpensive food like they do.
I'd suggest that ARA not try to compete.
