Dear IAP Coordinators and Event Organizers:
I hope you had an enjoyable IAP and that your events were successful.
It may seem too soon to talk about IAP 2005, but I wanted you to know
about a change for next year's Period. Beginning November 2004,
descriptions and schedules for IAP offerings will be viewed on line
only.
Since its introduction in 1998, the on-line IAP Guide
(web.mit.edu/iap) has proven to be the most valuable IAP information
resource for the MIT community, and consequently the need for a print
guide has become much less significant. Henceforth, we will no
longer produce a paper IAP Guide.
My office will be in touch with MIT departments and groups later in
the year with more details on planning for IAP 2005. We look forward
to working with you again.
Thanks again for your role in making IAP 2004 a success. If you have
any questions about IAP-related matters, please don't hesitate to
contact me.
If you have received this message more than once, my apologies.
Regards,
Michael
