Hello everyone!
I'm sorry for the extremely short notice, but we need to have a meeting to
discuss revisions to our constitution. Hopefully we'll be able to discuss
some projects for the term as well. The meeting will be Wednesday, October
1st (tomorrow) on the third floor of the student center in the Coffeehouse
at 5pm.
A regular meeting schedule has been established; we'll be meeting the first
and third Wednesdays each month at 5pm. On the first Wednesday of each
month, we'll have a regular meeting to discuss and work on our projects.
We're in the process of reserving a classroom for these meetings so that we
can view some of the videos the group owns. On the third Wednesday of each
month we'll have a dinner meeting. For these meetings we'll meet in Lobby
7 and from there head out to a veg'n-friendly restaurant; while we may
discuss some official group business, the primary goals of these meetings
are to get to know your fellow group members, relax, converse, and eat some
good food. Emails will still be sent to remind you of the meetings. :-)
I hope to see some of you tomorrow! Please try and make it if you can.
