I'll second Rebecca's opinion that the Thursday night dinner should be at an
entirely vegetarian restaurant. It becomes such a habit to do a careful
menu inspection saying to yourself 'OK, what can I eat?' that it's truly
refreshing to just sit down and order anything that looks good; no
questioning the waitstaff and no reading the menu with a magnifying glass,
evaluating every phrase for its possibility of hinting at animal content.
Ahh, if only...
