As I argued the last time attachtab changed formats, attach should be
performing the zinit function.
Ted tells me that the plan for 6.3B is to do this (i.e. zinit becomes
another symlink to attach, and attach itself does the processing). The
reason to do it this was is so the knowledge about attachtab format is
concentrated in one place.
