Since we now compile the _ctype_ array in the C library as const
when __STDC__ is defined (or whatever it is we're doing now),
/usr/include/ctype.h should be modified to reflect this, in order to
prevent errors of this type (this one from saber on the RT):
Warning #349: Variable '_ctype_' is being redefined as text.
It was previously declared with data type (char []).
