The 7.1 versions of olc/olcr will not run until the olc daemon on matisse is
updated to the 7.1 version, due to a protocol change. Matisse will be
updated in several days to the new version of the daemon, but in the
meantime, if you want to use olc/olcr for testing purposes, you can tell it
to use the test server which has been update by specifying "-server fries"
on the command line.
