It is known that we do not have a complete set of fonts on the packs.
This is a feature, since fonts are large. This is also a
documentation bug, since nowhere does it tell people to attach
texfonts and add /mit/texfonts to their TEXFONTS path.
Or, perhaps, /mit/texfonts should already be part of the TEXFONTS
path, and the documentation should tell people to "add texfonts"
if they need the additional SliTeX fonts.
(The reason this didn't make the release is that Ted and I, who
maintain the texfonts locker, didn't get a chance to set it up
until early May.)
