What were you trying to do?
use xterm (R4) with a scrollbar and inside border width of 1.
What's wrong:
Xterm incorrectly calculates the inner border on the scrollbar
side; it is off by one.
repeat by:
1) use xterm +sb -b 1 to get a 1-pixel xterm w/o scrollbar.
2) type a line with a capital F at the beginning of the line.
3) use xmag to examine that it has a 1-pixel inner border.
4) turn on the scrollbar, and examine again. Note there is no border.
What should have happened:
It should have obeyed the inner border on all four sides.
