I beg to differ with you. From my examining the strings on the binaries
installed on the RT packs, the new quota program was installed. It would
be nice if there was an RCS header in quota.c that would indicate what
versionwas installed. Running strings did give me "Warning: no NFS
mapping on host: %s". Also, all time stamps appear to be in order...
If as your message hints at, you were refering to the groupquota locker,
then messages should not be addressed to testers.
If the bug really was in regard to what was on the system packs, then I
believe the machine you were on was not really updated. Unfortunately,
you did not indicate a machine.
