The OldXfonts filesystem is now setup. The following lists what could
not be converted....

The following fonts weree removed (cause they exist in R4).
a14.snf a14
cursor.snf cursor
fixed.snf fixed
variable.snf variable

A fonts.alias file deals with most of the old helvetica-*, times*,
courier-* names (thanks to Chris V's work last summer)

The following no longer exist becuase I cannot find any sources for them
and we do not have the fonts.

vtbold & vtsingle (but if I remember they are essentially 6x13 and 6x13b)
If someone figures it out, or complains, we can setup an alias.

The following four don't exist anymore because we don't have the source
and the don't exist in the X11R4 fonts (i.e. aliasing will not work). I
suspect they are pubnlically av ailable (running strings on them show up
Adobe copyrights...) and I am trying to locate them with an adobe mail
server, but no guarantees.
helvetica-medium7.snf helvetica-medium7
helvetica-medium9.snf helvetica-medium9
times-roman7.snf times-roman7
times-roman9.snf times-roman9

There is some overlap in the sense of Kangi fonts. It appears that k14,
Kanga14, r14, and a14, etc. series are in the default font path already.
I have not exactly confirmed that they are identical, but they appear to
be there.
