I think that cshrc should not be loaded without activation -- or, at
least include activation into cshrc. A lot of stuff that occurs when
one logs in won't be able to occur unless the workstation is activated
(if the machine is not activated, then a lot of the comands used when
one logs in won't be found - like zwgc, etc.)
