ldapsearch missing on cluster machines

ldapsearch (provided by athena-openldap on 9.4) does not exist on
cluster machines. We should add ldap-utils to debathena-extra-
software or something, since, among other things, "ldaps" in the
consult locker depends on "ldapsearch" being installed. I'll fix
"ldaps" to not give a useless error message when "ldapsearch" is
missing, but we should probably install it anyway.
