Greg,

What you say clarifies some.  I think we should decide if we're going  
to support Athena xsession in more than one of the available sessions.

I think we need to offer sessions that make a real difference.  Are  
there significant groups of users who need these differences at login  
time?

How can we deal with the ambiguity between "Last session" that really  
means, last permanently established session config, excluding the two  
failsafe choices"?
