Should athena10 have two Emacs menu items?

Maybe this one is easy?
I notice that Applications -> Accessories has both:
Emacs 22(client)
and
Emacs 22(X11)
The former didn't seem to do anything. The latter seemed to give me
an emacs window.
Is this possibly due to installing athena and answering "y" to being
an Athena10 developer?
