I have fixed the resources that were causing this and installed them on
the packs. (effective after next vos release).
I have tested the problem with:
mwm - using default, epeisach, raeburn, akagerry configs
twm - default, epeisach
uwm - default
gwm - default
and the console no-longer has the shifting fealing anymore. This really
a bug in mwm, but the code is too convoluted to determine the fix to mwm
without breaking it. A bug report is being prepared to go to OSF now.
