I'm missing the /usr/athena/include copies, but seem to have the
/srvd/usr/athena/include ones. My build was looking for them in
/usr/athena/include.
What do I need to do to fix things? I'm a bit concerned that if I'm missing
some of these files, I might be missing others too... this is on dit.mit.edu,
running 9.4.13.
