owl losing subs during AFS restart

I don't know if this is an Athena problem or an owl problem:
On scyther.mit.edu, a Linux-Athena 9.4.9 machine, I've lost subs in my
owl window for the second consecutive week during the weekly AFS restart
-- the last zephyr I received this morning was at 6:11:47 AM. Last
week, it was 6:11:57 AM.
I did not experience this while running Linux-Athena 9.3, and the other
owl session I have on a Solaris-Athena 9.3 machine did not experience
this problem.
