Each of the last times I've booted scyther.mit.edu, I've found the
volume (both the master volume control and the PCM setting, as long as
many other items) set to 0. This, of course, means by default, nothing
will play music or sound. This occurred both the first boot after I
installed 9.4.9, and every time I've rebooted because of the kernel
problems.
