It's certainly time to revisit the warning, but at least on the dialups
pop is far from dead; out of a random two week sample on no-knife, 1528
distinct uids connected to the PO servers (almost everybody uses the
imap 'from' in their dotfiles) of which 312 also made a connection on
port 1109.
I'm sure a lower percentage use pop from the clusters, but I'd rather
irrelevant warnings than insufficient warnings...
