There is the start of a program which does this in
/mit/wesommer/lib/src/dump_afscache.c

Currently, it just prints out the AFS FID's (cell, vol, vno, unique)
and some "stat" info of the files in the cache. A "nicer" version of
this program would include some directory walking facilities (and
would talk to the vlserver to turn the volume id into a name).

If you know the volume ID(s) of the system packs, you can start from
there.

Note that you'll want to nuke the cache, reboot, and use the machine
for a while before using this.
