It looks like Solaris 10 has a working traceroute which
we already include in the release.  (It apparently uses
temporarily-enabled process privileges to set up the
socket properly).  So we should probably just stop
building our own traceroute (we are currently building
it on Solaris only); I will submit a patch to do that.
