9.4 console warnings about invalid UTF-8

When I run soffice or ooffice on 9.4 (Sun and Linux), I get warnings like
this in the Console:
17:56 Window manager warning: Property _NET_WM_NAME on window 0x200001d contained invalid UTF-8
17:56 Window manager warning: Property _NET_WM_ICON_NAME on window 0x200001d contained invalid UTF-8
The applications still seem to work properly.
