7.0b update script

The update script insists on setting AFSSRV to false in my rc.conf
file. If there is sufficient support in 7.0B for me to build an AFS
server with mkserv, please let me know; otherwise, leave that variable
alone. This happened when I updated to 7.0A, and again to 7.0B.
When I updated to 7.0B, /etc/fsck did _not_ get replaced. If the
update scripts think I am not running an AFS server, they should have
replaced it.
