1) are there release notes available?
I do not think the technical notes are avalable yet, although the
general notes may be. Not sure.
2) should we re-report old bugs which reappear or were not fixed?
Probably not. If you feel up to it, take a look in changes.70 on
paris for any bugs you wish to re-report. If you can't find them
there, feel free to re-report them. I think you'll find most of them
there....
