Can we skip the debating (which has obviously led nowhere, else we
would have the nameservers) and set up a root nameserver? We don't
have to advertise our authority outside of MIT, so I don't forsee a
problem with the NIC. There isn't much time left to get the 6.4R list
of nameservers changed.
