Incremental update (again)

Mainly this update is to get a new version netconfig for your machine.
We also copy /etc/route and /etc/ifconfig local. You can do this by hand
or do the following, which also does the earlier incremental update.
The following instructions assume that you have taken previous
incremental updates to 6.4R. If you have not, I suggest you bump down
the version number in /etc/version and then update as normal.
First, how to take the update:
1) ^P login as root on your machine (which is already running 6.4R. If
not, simply update to 6.4R with instructions previously posted)
2) Type "/etc/athena/activate" - To attach the 6.4R packs.
3) Type "/etc/shutdown now"
In about 30 seconds, you will receive a WARNING message, ignore it.
4) Type "reset"
5) Type "/srvd/update_inc"
6) Type "reboot -q"
What is changed on the root:
/etc/named and /etc/athena/netconfig support dynamic ip assignment
/bin/login - fixed for fascist top level AFS homedirs.
/bin/athena/machtype - small fix on vax in determining CPU type.
/etc/athena/vdabort - symlink problem fixed.
/etc/athena/nameserver - removed - not used.
/etc/route and /etc/ifconfig local
