Update instructions for 9.3 alpha

Oops, I should have sent these out earlier. To update a Linux alpha
machine to 9.3, do a console login as root and run:
update_ws 9.3
To update a Solaris alpha machine to 9.3, do a console login as root
and run:
detach -a
attach -O dev-sun4sys-93
update_ws
Machines will not auto-update from 9.2 to 9.3 during the alpha or beta
phase.
Also, we've decided to accelerate the beginning of beta by a week (to
April 26) if there are no major problems reported, so get your alpha
testing in soon.
