In my previous note I mentioned how I had to change from A4 to letter.
Well after setting the paper size and getting my output, a subsequent
print defaulted to A4 AGAIN.
I don't know where to crowbar things into Letter, but setting the
parameter in the printer dialog did NOT undo the default.
That's REALLY annoying.
