The mozilla lock dialogue (wrapper) appears with the 3 choices in
a scrollable text window:
Exit, leaving lock file in place
Continue, and invoke Mozilla' Profile Manager
Delete lock file and proceed
Unfortuntely, you have to scroll the window in order to
get to the 3rd choice. For me, this is the most common
choice, so I find it annoying. It would be nice if the
window was large enough to not necessitate scrolling.
It would only get a few percent taller.
