In previous Athena releases, I believe there was an option in the sawfish
config, possibly under miscellaneous, that asked whether you should cycle
around to your first workspace when you try to move past your last one.
(Or whether that should create a new workspace, or whether it just
shouldn't be allowed.)  This option seems to be gone, and now the behavior
is set to "you can't go past the last workspace at all".  Is this an
"I lose" scenario, or is the option still hidden in there somewhere?
