I've now had AFS hang on shutdown twice in a row on my test machine.
The RX Listener is still alive. I tried running rxdebug and cmdebug
against it. The cmdebug process hung (although I saw a bunch of RX
ack packets cross the wire). With 'rxdebug' against the cache manager
I get:

Trying 172.16.214.135 (port 7001):

I dont know if this means anything.
