How do I make my zwgc does not DTRT by default in conversion.

I think I saw this go by in release team, but I thought it was about
how we can make the conversion do the right thing by default.
Right now, my zwgc windows are all showing up in the panel,
and they are only showing up in the workspace in which they originally
appeared.
My "match" config from sawfish was copied over, but isn't working how I
want it to. (At least here under Linux.)
I had to go back into sawfish config and set
Sticky
Window list skip
Task list skip
Already set were:
Sticky viewport
Skip tasklist
Is this a change to the converter that we decided not to make?
