I saw this at the end of a 9.2 update on a GX150 (opus):
rpmdb: Item 12 on page 1113 hashes incorrectly
error: db4 error(-30979) from db->verify: DB_VERIFY_BAD: Database verification failed
The update still claimed to have succeeded, and rpm -qa output on opus
is identical to the output from another 9.2 Linux machine, so I'm not
sure there's anything to be done about this, but the error was sort of
scary looking, so I figured it was worth mentioning.
