Red Hat hadn't shipped pump for anything past 7.3, although pump-devel is
still in their releases for some reason. As for why it wasn't replaced
with dhclient in the Athena 9.2 package lists, I assume I simply missed
it when I was building the lists. I'll add it for 9.2.4.
