Run gnome-control-center, choose "screensaver", and under screensaver
type, choose "disable screensaver". This should effectively happen by
default for users logging into 9.2 machines for the first time now, but
that only became the case in 9.2.3, so you wound up with the wrong
preference because you logged in before that change went in.

Well, its rpm database is pretty borked. If you "rpm -e
kernel-2.4.20-8", AFS should start up okay. I'll see about changing
rpmupdate to be able to recover from this kind of failure.
