How to fix mail on Solaris alpha

If you took the alpha update on a Solaris machine, your outgoing mail
setup is broken, because a native package installs /etc/mail/submit.cf
which confuses sendmail. Our plan is to take the Solaris sendmail
packages out of the list; in the meantime, just nuke
/etc/mail/submit.cf and you should be able to send mail.
