On 9.1.23 Linux, man -f and man -k give an error, e.g.:
athena% man -k foo
sh: /usr/athena/bin/apropos: No such file or directory
Error executing formatting or display command.
System command /usr/athena/bin/apropos foo exited with status 32512.
It looks like we installed a new /etc/man.config specifying the
whatis/apropos commands in /usr/athena/bin, but did not install an
updated athena-glue package containing those programs.
